Key Responsibilities

• Coffee Expertise: Leverage your extensive experience in coffee roasting and q-grading to drive the development and fine-tuning of our IoT roasting profiles.
• Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control processes, ensuring that every roast meets the highest standards of taste and aroma.
• Profile Development: Collaborate closely with our technical teams to develop and optimize roast profiles that align with our customers’ preferences.
• Sensory Evaluation: Lead sensory evaluation sessions to assess the flavor, aroma, and overall quality of our coffee, guiding adjustments where necessary.
• Training: Train and mentor team members, sharing your wealth of knowledge in coffee roasting techniques and sensory analysis.
• Coffee Sourcing: Assist in sourcing high-quality green coffee beans, considering factors like origin, flavor profile, and sustainability.
• Consumer Feedback: Act as a bridge between our coffee-loving customers and the development teams, incorporating feedback to enhance the coffee experience.
